Yesterday the GayVN nominations were released, and we did quite well, with DIRTY LITTLE SINS getting nominated in the following seven categories:

BEST PICTURE
BEST DIRECTOR (me)
BEST SCREENPLAY
BEST ACTOR: BRAD BENTON
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR: JACOB SLADER
BEST NON-SEX PERFORMANCE: ANDREW ADDAMS
BEST SEX SCENE: TROY PUNK & TY HUDSON

I must admit, I was hoping to get nominated for Best Videography and Editing, and I was very surprised/disappointed that JAKE RENDER didn't get nominated for his musical score, which had been specifically mentioned in several reviews. I don't know if they double up noms from the same movie, but I would have liked to see DILLON PRESS get recognized for his performance as Dean Levitt. The guy worked so hard and was so good.

However, I am appreciative of the spotlight on the film, which can only help its evolution.
You see...something is happening with DIRTY LITTLE SINS.
