I just talked to JACOB SLADER (who has agreed to participate in MASQUE), and he told me something truly fun. Last weekend, the University of Redlands held a seminar in Queer Studies about porn and its effect on society: does it reinforce certain behaviors, does it set levels of self-image, etc, and the film they screened was DIRTY LITTLE SINS, nominated for 7 GayVN awards this year.



The film was shown to a very appreciative, mostly lesbian audience who apparently really enjoyed it. Jacob Slader was asked to appear before the class and talk about his role in the movie and his experiences in being a porn star. Sounds like a blast! I would have loved to have been there.



This is especially a thrill for me, having gone to film school, knowing that one of MY movies was being shown and discussed in a college class. This makes my day!
