NEVER ENOUGH VEGAS
I have a love/hate relationship with Las Vegas. I love its trashy splendor, its out-of-control sense of overkill and the kind of attitude it has about itself, but I hate that if you don't gamble or feel like paying $100 ticket for a show, there's really nothing to do. The last time I did anything touristy there, I went to the Liberace museum, and once was enough, thank you.
Back in March, I shot a video for ROD ROCKHARD and his production company. That's how I met EARL "THE DICKSMAN", who I used in MASQUE. It's all finished now, and the big premiere is this Saturday night at a new theater called the Onyx, which will showcase "alternative" films and performers. It's not a porn theater, but an actual movie theater and performing space.

The movie is open to anyone who wants to see it, but you do have to make a reservation. When I decided I would support Rod by going, I called director THOR STEPHENS about having him, BRETT DRYSDALE and BRAD BENTON cover the event for their new internet show, The Money Shot Report. Thor thought it was a good idea, but he was concerned that they might be going to San Francisco the same weekend to cover that city's pride parade. An e-mail from Brett proved that yes, they were, indeed, going to SF and could not come to Vegas. I offered to act as a sort of "guest field reporter" and cover it for them, and they thought that would be a good idea. So, with my best friend BOOMASTER, I am headed once more for the desert city. I hope it turns out well for Rod.
Last week, GARPORNTALK.COM ran an interview I did for them on their site. I think it's a lot of fun, and if you want to hear some dish and behind-the-scenes talk direct from my mouth, check it out.
Also, Adonis producer extraordinnaire JEREMY SPENCER did an interview for GAYRADIO.COM which airs tonight at 7:00pm Pacific time. Jeremy's a hoot to listen to, so be sure and tune in. It's on their Explicit Radio, which will cost you a $2.99 trial fee, but just get it and if you don't want to keep tuning in, cancel it. But give Jeremy your support tonight and hear what kind of hot, spicy things he might say.
Oh, and once you join, listen to author/editor/actor/starfucker MICKEY SKEE's interview, in which he refers to me as "the brilliant writer/director Jett Blakk." lol. He either knows me too well or not well enough.
As to the personal issue that's going on in my life, it's still going on. Lots of uncertainty and doubt. I will tell you all about it. Maybe you can give me some insight.
I'll let you know how Vegas goes, because what happens in Vegas, gets repeated. At least if I see it...
