MASQUE is coming to a finish after a grueling edit job. The picture is cut, the opening voice-over narration has been recorded, titles have been laid and sound clean-up is underway. Once this is finished, I have to augment the moans and groans. When you shoot an orgy of this size, you discover that the energy level rises and falls. There are moments in the film where the cameras are fixed on a certain group of guys, and everyone else is being quiet or off to the side watching. In either case, the noise level drops, and you don't get a consistent atmosphere of sex sounds. So after the initial sound clean-up, I will find several minutes of good, hot moaning, then lay them onto separate audio tracks to "mask" (no pun intended) the more quiet moments in the film.

Then I'll move on to music. While I have a nice music library, my tracks are all 2-4 minutes long. Not particulary useful for a 90-minute orgy. The producer, BRUNO RICELLI, sent me the masters to four Oh Man! Studio titles that I used for the opening montage: GLORY HOLES OF NEW YORK, GLORY HOLES OF LAS VEGAS, SEX INFERNO and BUTT OBSESSION. I will pull music from those films' sex scenes, since they are 15-20 minutes in length, and use them for MASQUE. There was one piece in particular from GLORY HOLES OF LAS VEGAS that will be particularly nice: the scene where DILLON PRESS and TY HUDSON top LUCIANO HAAS, dressed as a priest.

Next, I will cut a trailer and assemble the Behind-the-Scenes footage. I think I should be done by the end of the week!
