GRABBYS WEEKEND: DAY 4

Sunday morning, I woke up to NICK CAPRA calling my cell.  He was checking out because he already had overnight plans and didn't want to pay for a room he wouldn't be staying in, so he asked if he could stow his luggage in my room until after the Recovery Brunch.  He would meet me at the airport the next morning.

So I got up, got dressed and let him in.  He dumped his bags by my closet and was all happy.  He was slated to on go that afternoon at 1:45, and he couldn't wait.  Then he was gone.  I showered and just as I finished re-dressing, my cell phone rang, and it was WOLF HUDSON, asking if he could come over and hang out.  I said sure.  I flipped through the channels on TV, and came across WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, one of my favorites.  Gene Wilder is amazing in that film.

A little while later, and there was a knock on my door.  Wolf came in and plopped on my bed.  I asked him how his hickey was doing, and he said it wasn't as tender as it had been.  He told me he had gone to the Military Ball after the Grabbys and run into his Friday night conquest again.  They had gone home together, he said, but both had been so drunk and tired that they just cuddled.  He said she gave him her business card and told him he was one of her "boys", now.  lol.

The phone rang again, and it was Scott Campbell, asking if he could come over, and 20 minutes later, he was there, too.  We chatted about the Grabbys and every so often made a comment about WILLY WONKA.  I told them that I cried in two places during the movie:  when Charlie finds the Golden Ticket and when Willy Wonka tells him the saying about the man who suddenly got everything he always wanted.  Scott smiled, but Wolf looked concerned.

My phone kept ringing, and soon my bed was full to overflowing with Scott, Wolf, NICK CAPRA, GEOFFREY PAINE and MARKUS RAM.  They were all hungry, and some of them ordered room service.  I let them charge it to my bill, and they gave me the cash.  As they wolfed down the food, on TV Charlie found his Golden Ticket, and I teared up.  As I wiped my eyes, Nick saw me and said, "Jett, are you crying?"  I nodded, and soon, everyone was teasing me about it ("Ohmigod, Jett's crying!"), but I don't care.  Insensitive poopheads.

Soon, it was time to go, and I gave the guys their Mug Shots t-shirts.  Scott lamented that his, a size Medium, wasn't tight enough, but the guys all set about ripping the sleeves off to show off their biceps.

Scott Campbell & Geoffrey Paine looking fashionable.

We filed downstairs, packed ourselves into 2 cabs and headed off to The North End.  Once there, we all went inside, where I gave a stack of Dirty Bird movies to raffle off to MARK NAGEL, a demo dvd to the DJ and had a quick sandwich at the buffet.  Suddenly, I realized that I had forgotten to bring their 8x10 pictures for them to autograph, so I zipped back to the hotel, grabbed the pics, changed into shorts (it was getting warm outside and I knew it would be hotter in the bar) and headed back.  The show had already started, and I missed JASON RIDGE.  SCOTT SPEARS was onstage now, so I laid the pics out for easy access for the guys, along with some sharpies, then went for a stroll around the bar as TY HUDSON took the stage.

I met SAN DIEGO TOM, who told me he had some pics of hot new guys (still waiting for those pictures, Tom!), a guy who asked me if BRAXTON BOND was coming (I told him yes, and he pulled out a couple of Braxton's dvd covers for him to sign), a few people who told me they were huge fans, and BRENT CORRIGAN'S partner, who chatted with me a bit about DINK FLAMINGO (all nice).  I ran into another fan who wanted to buy me a drink, so I told him Amaretto and Coke.  As he was returning with the drink, I heard BILLY MASTERS announce Nick onstage.  I had Nick's camcorder and he had asked me to tape him, so I told my fan I'd be back and headed for the front, which was very crowded.

I looked at his camera and saw it was set for digital pictures, not video.  And it was too dark for me to see shit.  I looked up and hooray!  THOR STEPHENS was standing next to me.  I asked him if he knew how to set this to video, and I watched him tinker with it.  Suddenly, I saw the still camera icon switch to video.  Hah-zah!

"Jett Blakk!  Jett Blakk, we're talking to you!"  I looked up and saw Billy and Nick onstage yelling at me.  I waved and they went back to their own business.  I still have no idea what thay wanted, but I held the camera up and taped the rest of Nick's slot.

Billy Masters & Nick Capra

As soon as he was done, Nick left the stage and came over to me, where he began making out with Scott Campbell.  Soon, the Capra dick was out again, and Scott was sucking on it.  The crowd sensed sex and began to crowed closer, trying to see.  I was filming the action, but the bar, which was crowded and hot, steadily got more crowded and hotter as a dozen bodies and more squeezed around me tighter and tighter.  Now, Geoffrey Paine and Ty Hudson had their dicks out, too and were sucking and being sucked.  Suddenly, while BRENT CORRIGAN was onstage, NIck let out a great shout and shot his load all over Scott.  "Wow!  I feel so much better!" he piped up.

Nick, feeling better.

Scott Campbell & Ty Hudson.

The dicks disappeared and so did the crowd, and a hand grabbed my arm.  It was Braxton.  I gave him his Mug Shots t-shirt, and he put his luggage away in the manager's office, as he was leaving right from the event tothe airport.  When he came back out, I took him to meet his fan, who gushed all over him and asked him to sign the dvd covers.  I found the guy with my drink and gulped it down, I was so overheated.  Soon Mark Nagel grabbed me.  "Your guys are next," he said.  "I'll let you pick the order that they go up.  Just tell Billy which one is next.  The dvds are on the stage to be raffled off."

I told the guys to make their way toward the front of the bar where the stage was.  I asked Braxton if he wanted to go first, and he nervously shook his head no.  "What are they going to do to me?" he asked.

"They will just talk to you a bit, ask you to take your shirt off, which we'll raffle off, and then raffle off some dvds.  Is that okay?"  I asked.  He nodded.  I latched onto Markus.  "I'm having you go on first."

Scott Campbell, Markus Ram & Braxton Bond.

"Sure!" he said.  But actually, Billy called my name and asked me to come up onstage, so I did.  I'm always amazed by how much applause I get, because the room was really clapping.  Billy asked me about MUG SHOTS, what it was about, who was in it, etc., and as I talked, I saw the demo was playing on the bar's monitors.  After my little Q&A was done, I sent up Markus, who talked about the movie, his scene and how much fun it was for him to make.  He raffled off a couple of Dirty Bird dvds, and Billy turned to me, standing at the foot of the steps.  "Is that it?" he asked.

"You can raffle off their shirts," I said.

Billy turned to the crowd.  "We're going to raffle off their shirts!" he hollered into the microphone.  "It's hot in here, so you know they're soaked with sweat!  And the winner gets to take the shirts off them!"  The bidding began, and Marku's shirt went for $40.  He took it off, and the crowd applauded his muscles.  I went up to Braxton and said, "I'm going to have Geoffrey go up next because his scene is playing on the monitors, then you, okay?"  He nodded.

"Geoffrey Paine, everybody!" Billy yelled as Mr. Paine took the stage.

Geoffrey's shirt also went for $40.  Before...

After.

Next, it was Braxton's turn.  But before they called him up, there was a switch in hosts.  I had forgotten that Billy was co-hosting the event with CORT DONOVAN, and Cort was really into getting the guys naked on stage.  I wondered how Braxton would react.  Suddenly, I decided that I would have Scott go next.

Cort called Scott up, and he did great, taking off his shirt, shucking his pants down as they raffled off his shirt AND his underwear.  I think he raffled them off as a pair.  I think they went for $75.  The winner accepted the articles and helped Scott ease his undies off.

Scott before...

Scott after.  He really has no underwear on under those pants.

I looked at Braxton who seemed a bit nervous.  I should have sent him up while Billy was hosting.  He would have taken it easier on him, but it was too late now.  "You're going up," I told Braxton.  "Just remember, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do."

I don't know if Braxton and Cort knew each other, or if Braxton was just a cool cat, but once on stage, he seemed completely confident.  He raffled of some dvds, and when Cort asked him to take his shirt off, he didn't hesitate.  "Now," Cort said, "let's auction off his underwear!"  Braxton didn't seem to mind, but when the winner came up to claim them, he asked if he could also take them off.  Braxton seemed to balk at this idea, and the guy responded by reaching up, grabbing Braxton's thighs, and pulling him forward.  Braxton lost his balance and had to put his hands on the guy's shoulders to keep from falling off the stage.  I started to make my way over there to put a stop to the guy's aggressive behavior and help Braxton out, and saw the guy take advantage of Braxton's unbalanced predicament by yanking the younger man's underwear down.  Braxton righted himself and backed away, then sat down on the stage to take his shoes off.  I asked him if he was okay, and he nodded, saying, "What am I gonna do?  Now I don't have any underwear."

I saw Mark Nagel sitting at the bar and pointed him out to Braxton.  "See the guy in the green shirt?" I asked. "He'll have some replacement underwear for you."

Finally, Wolf went up  and was a crowd pleaser.  He raffled off the last 2 Dirty Bird movies and asked me if I had any copies of MUG SHOTS to raffle.  I said no, that the movie didn't come out until July.  Cort made a face and returned to the crowd.  I felt like I had disappointed everyone, and then, While Wolf read off the number of the raffle ticket, I got an idea.  "Cort!" i said.  The host turned to me and leaned down.  "I'm going to let you raffle off the demo disk that is playing on the monitor right now!"  A big grin spread across Cort's face, as Wolf handed the winner a copy of GRINDASS HOUSE.

"Guys! Guys!" Cort said excitedly.  "I just heard from the big man himself!  Mr. Jett Blakk has agreed to let us raffle off the demo disk of MUG SHOTS!  You will have it two months before anyone else!"  The crowd responded with loud whoops and whistles, and I fetched the disk from the DJ.  That was it.  We were done.  On the way toward the back of the bar, a guy stopped me and asked me to sign his black briefs with a silver sharpie.  He'd been a busy boy, as there was very little room.  I found a small space on his ass and scribbled my moniker.  Back  with the guys, I asked them if they had any pictures left, and I saw that they were out.  Good.  It shows they're popular and I don't have to cart them back home.

Scott Campbell & Markus Ram

I went outside for some air as the Colt men arrived, and soon was joined by the rest of the guys.  Markus had plans, so we hugged goodbye and he left with a buddy.  The rest of us were starving, so we walked down to Las Mananitas, my favorite place in Chicago for Mexican food.  Six stuffed individuals later,  we hugged goodbye and went our separate ways.  Nick and I returned to the hotel so he could get his luggage.  Wolf had asked me if I was going to the IML Closing party at the House of Blues, but I said no.  I was going back to my room, order dinner and pamper myself the rest of the evening.

After Nick left with his luggage, I filled the tub up with hot water and bath gel and enjoyed a nice soak while I watched more of TARANTULA on my video iPod.  Then I ordered a nice dinner (still no ice cream) and watched some TV.  I had to leave for the airport at 6am the next morning, and I would wait to pack, so I set up a wake-up call.  Then I went to bed.

The next morning was a breeze.  I had checked myself in and was at the airport in 25 minutes.  No pushy TSA people, but the x-ray scanner shot out everyone's articles on the conveyor belt like chocolates in a Lucy episode.  Nick was waiting for me at the gate, and our flight was about 50 minutes longer because the pilot curved around a storm to avoid turbulence.  We found my car, got home and I hugged CVK, my rock.  Doug was eager to get home, too, and he still had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of him.  We hugged and he took off, and I began telling CVK about the trip.  Maybe I should have spared him and let him read it, like you have.  lol.

AN EXTRA-SPECIAL NOTE OF THANKS to my buddy T-BALL, who took all the great pictures you've seen on this site over the entire Grabbys Weekend posting.  Thank  you so much, my friend!
